MBT Physiological Footwear Reviews.

For someone who still don’t know MBT shoes, this shoes is the hottest shoes in USA now because its curvy style and benefits which make this shoes one more step ahead of every fitness shoes. In the doctor’s study, the physiological effect of MBT footwear include improved your gait and posture, relieves joint pressure in the back, and making some muscle(which you rarely use) work and this mean MBT footwear make you burn more calories and stimulates metabolism. Finally, MBT footwear has a effect on abdominal, legs and buttock muscles.

And this is some words from the customer who use MBT Footwear.

Lorry Hart (Texas) “I was introduced to MBT footwear at a Health fair. two years later, I finally find them for a reasonable price. I'm happy I bought them. I was worried that they would look like "presception shoes" and I was worried about people laughing at me, but who cares. these shoes are comfortable and I walk alot. I feels like I'm walking on a rubber ball. My legs and feet feel revived. I even wear them in the house!”

Lindsey Wills (Nurse at New York Hospital) “I work in a hospital and am constantly standing on unforgiving concrete, sometimes for 10 hours or more. Regular tennis shoes always left my feet sore at the end of the day. Since I've been wearing these MBT footwear my feet haven't hurt since. They are also very forgiving on my knees, which I have had surgery on one and my back. Great for the professional on their feet all day. They may look funny and take about a day or so to get used to (they make you rock up on your toes), but you will not be sorry you switched to this great physiological footwear”

I have MBT shoes too. And it is great, before I use this MBT shoes I’m about 200 pounds and hate walking or do something about fitness. But right now I’m only 160 pounds and walking all the time. All I can tell is “This MBT footwear change my life”. But there isn’t a perfect things in this world. From my experience I will give you the bad things about this shoes you should know

- Order half size bigger, this will make your toe feel more comfort

- Hold onto hand-rails when going down steps. If not, you will lose your balance on the stairs. Going up stairs isn't a problem

- Don’t be rush to use it. Just give it a day or two to make your body get use to it

- It’s expensive but I guarantee you that every penny you paid will give you the best interest physiological benefit. (but now you can buy it just $99 at amazon.com so it shouldn’t be considered as “expensive” anymore)

Customer Review: Great Comfort, easy on my back!
I read Ana Luiza Welch "TIPSY GIPSY" RSS Feed (Kingston, OK USA)'s review of her MBT shoes, and I'm saying "AMEN SISTER!". I don't own the models she reviewed. I have this one and the one like it, which is green. I'm not too thrilled with the colors, but that's what was available at the place I bought them. I'm NOT a fit person, like she describes, but yet, these shoes are GREAT when I have to go shopping in "big box stores" with their awful concrete floors that just ordinarily would rip up my back. These shoes I can wear and just bounce all over that floor as if I was a healthy three year old... no back pain, no joint pain in my knees. I've stopped and talked to others wearing their MBT's when I'm out shopping and they love their MBT shoes too. The price is high but they do qualify as medical equipment - so if you have a medical condition that could be improved by walking and extra exercise, and you have a decent medical insurance or flexible spending account (FSA) plan, talk to your doctor, get a prescription, buy those shoes and your insurance should cover it (ask first to be sure but in our case, we had no problem being reimbursed.). We got two pairs with our insurance, with the amount of FSA we had left to work with, and both pairs were covered. So that's something to consider if you need shoes to deal with back pain or knee pain or working on concrete surfaces, but are choking at the cost... well... even without insurance, $250 or whatever this is, it's a lot cheaper then the price of back surgery!! My main downside with these shoes is that the shoe runs a bit smaller in size, especially for those in a wide width, so I went up a 1/2 size. I might have benefited from a full size larger. As a result, sometimes it's a very tight fit with the thicker athletic socks, so I've had to use thinner socks. I also have to take them off for a while after I've walked, to help my feet cool down.
